Why?
Hydro-Excavation is used primarily, but not solely, when it is impossible or to awkward for traditional trench digging equipment to access the trench area.
Hydro-excavation becomes the best solution when it's difficult to get digging equipment into a tight spot or when utilities are not clearly marked.
The adjacent pictures give a clear example of such a situation.
How?
Hydro-Excavation uses water under extreme pressure to break the ground and at the same time pulls the excavated soil into the tanker. This soil can then be removed entirely or dumped on site.
As is seen in the pictures, our technicians can surgically produce a trench around existing structures.
